Our Food -

Inspired by Nature

Our Story...

“The idea was to open a place that felt like home, with warmth, light and good company.  We set out to  create a dining pub that we wanted to eat in and the style of food Aidan liked to cook.  A place where the food and service is first class but the feel is relaxed and unfussy and what’s on your plate  depends on the seasons.

"Inspired by Nature"

Our menus are constantly changing, because they’re based on what’s growing this season and what’s inspiring our chefs at this very moment.

As the seasons change, so does our menus. It allows our chefs to be creative and get the very best out of ingredients while they’re in their prime. Our service team knows exactly what goes into our food and where it all comes from, so feel free to ask them about our ingredients or provenance.

We take our wine every bit as seriously as our food. Our wine list recently won a Best Award of Excellence, making it one of the best wine lists in Ireland.
We offer an impressive range of wines – with a good mix of traditional favourites as well as new world varieties. Wherever possible, we favour smaller wineries, some with an Irish connection. There’s something to satisfy every wine lover.
Since we are a pub, we also have a good selection of draught and hand crafted beers from micro breweries and excellent Irish and Scotch whiskies, cognacs and Eau de Vie.
